Since she was 16 years old, Kim Brostowin has been working in the hospitality and customer service industries. Raised in Houston and San Antonio, Texas, she’s worked in every part of the restaurant, from serving to bartending, training, sales and management. After several years working in food and beverage at Marriott hotels, Kim landed at Adele’s. Here, she excels at creating unforgettable celebrations, from intimate private dinners to full formal receptions.
