Hanna Young’s love for cooking developed at an early age. Her most valued memories are of her grandmother, mother, and aunts in the kitchen, expressing themselves through the craft of cooking. A successful college athlete who graduated with a degree in Exercise Science, Health and Fitness, she went on to earn a second degree in Culinary Management at Valencia College, Orlando. Although most of her time is spent in the kitchen, she can be found playing basketball, kayaking, eating popcorn, painting, and spending time on her boat with friends and family.
As co-chef at Adele’s Nashville, Hannah mastered her unique approach to combining the comforting traditions of southern cooking, with the light freshness of California cuisine. Now, as executive chef at Adele’s Atlanta, she looks forward to adding her own flavor to the flourishing local culinary scene.
