Alex Lister

General Manager

An Illinois native, Alex Lister has a background in both restaurant management and human resources. She spent five years as a recruiter and an HR partner, where she honed her skills in training, development and the hands-on aspects of managing a team. After moving to Nashville in 2012, she jumped into the city’s thriving culinary scene as a front of house manager at Bricktops. Alex joined Adele’s in 2017 as an associate manager, and was promoted to GM within two years, acting as a mentor to the restaurant’s growing team, and setting the tone for Adele’s warm and unique brand of hospitality.
